The apartment had a modern design and the bed was really comfortable. the location was great, with plenty of good restaurants nearby.

That there was no cleaning service or garbage collection, so we had to take care of it ourselves, which can be inconvenient for longer stays. Another issue was the self-check-in process, where we had to leave cash for taxes on the table, which was a bit odd and could have been handled differently.

The location here is fantastic, close to wonderful restaurants and the town center, everything is amazing.

I really got great value for my money at Porto Downtown Living - Picaria Apartments. The room was brand new, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect, allowing me to easily explore Porto on foot. The staff, especially Ms. Marta, was amazing, providing excellent support and recommendations throughout my stay.

One small improvement for the hotel breakfast would be to have some additional condiments like oil and salt readily available in the kitchen.

The rooms in this place were just like the pictures - modern and fully equipped. The staff was really friendly and got us a fridge, an electric kettle, and a microwave oven. Plus, they were always helpful and nice 😊.

Great location near two metro stations, plenty of attractions, restaurants, and vibrant nightlife. The manager, Marta, was super friendly and always available. The recently renovated room was spotlessly clean with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Nearby the river and the University of Porto.

This place is unbeatable and stunning, located right in the center and within easy walking distance to everything; it also has smoke detectors for safety measures, and the host made our stay truly awesome.

The apartment is conveniently located near Trindade metro station, making it easy to travel to the airport. It is also in the city center, with plenty of options for dining and drinking. The spacious studio is clean and well-maintained, with a fully equipped kitchen and a great shower. The hostess Marta provides excellent customer service, offering helpful tips and accommodating early check-in and late check-out requests.

Opening the studio door can be a bit tricky, requiring multiple turns of the key.
